Very Good News

We are steadily making progress and this news will help us get one step closer to the Grand Reunion. We are now in position to begin generating funds and with the addition of our new “Finance Ministers” you can rest assured your contributions, donations, fund raising profits, or monies spent on purchases will be in good hands.

I am personally pleased to announce that Dale Cogswell and Margaret Armstrong will take on the role of Financial Accountants for our GRHS Classmates Group. Dale will act as treasurer and Margaret will be our assistant treasurer. These two will work closely together to insure this task is managed in the best way possible. We have set up of a non-profit, non-registered community service group bank account for GRHS 1956-1967 Reunion committee with TD Bank.

Proceeds from fund raising events, goods purchased through the group, and registration fees may now be forwarded or personally delivered to the following address for deposit.

A web-generated, or hand-written receipt will be issued upon request if the required information, such as mailing address or e-mail address accompanies the request. Otherwise we will assume no receipt is necessary.

This is an “Open Book Accounting System”, which means, you the member, may view the records at any time by setting up an appointment with either Dale, Margaret or both if you wish. This is your account, your money, and your right to view or review our records. I am positive; with the confidence I perceive in these two people, you will not be disappointed.

Dale and Margaret will be making monthly announcements concerning the progress of our account, so you will be continually informed and updated.
